NZSL is proud to be supporting exhibitors and event organisers during the SecTech Roadshow 2026, one of Australasia’s leading security technology industry events.
The SecTech Roadshow brings together leading suppliers, manufacturers, integrators and industry professionals across three New Zealand locations, creating a dynamic environment for networking, product demonstrations and industry collaboration.
Behind every successful exhibition is a significant amount of planning, coordination and logistics. From freight coordination and exhibitor support through to onsite handling and positioning of exhibition materials, NZ Specialized Logistics works behind the scenes to help ensure exhibitors are ready to go when the doors open.

The Auckland installation marked the first stage of the SecTech Roadshow 2026.
As freight and equipment arrived onsite, the NZSL team worked alongside contractors, organisers and exhibitors to coordinate the movement and positioning of exhibition materials.
From unloading and handling freight through to positioning equipment within individual exhibition spaces, our focus was on keeping the build moving efficiently and ensuring exhibitors were ready for opening.

WELLINGTON
Move • Coordinate • Deliver
The roadshow then moved south to Wellington, with NZSL continuing to coordinate the logistics operation between locations.
Moving an exhibition from one city to the next requires careful timing, coordination and communication. Freight needs to be packed, collected, transported and delivered within tight schedules while ensuring exhibitors and contractors have what they need for the next installation.
NZSL continued to provide the hands-on logistics support required to keep the SecTech Roadshow moving smoothly.
CHRISTCHURCH
Final Stop • Full Roadshow Support
Christchurch marked the final stop of the SecTech Roadshow 2026.
By the final installation, the roadshow had travelled across three cities, with NZSL supporting the movement and handling of exhibition freight throughout the journey.
The Christchurch installation brought together the same coordinated approach used throughout the roadshow — careful freight handling, onsite support, positioning of equipment and close coordination with exhibitors and event contractors.

From the first delivery in Auckland through to the final installation in Christchurch, NZ Specialized Logistics was proud to support the SecTech Roadshow 2026.
The project demonstrates the importance of having an experienced logistics partner behind the scenes — coordinating freight, managing onsite movements and helping exhibitors stay focused on what matters most: their event.
